By placing an order through hawthornbrewing.com.au, you accept these terms and conditions.
We send all our products via Parcel Post with Australia Post. Whilst this is usually 3-4 days to most capital cities, please allow up to 7 business days for processing and delivery.
Australia Post is a third party and we have no control over and make no warranty in relation to the performance of Australia Post. We will not be responsible for any delay in delivery of your order.
Refunds will be considered if the goods are faulty or not fit for purpose. No request for refunds will be considered if you simply changed your mind or chose the wrong size, however we will gladly exchange provided goods are returned in original condition.
Postage to return the goods and have new items reposted (if needed) are the responsibility of the purchaser. The above does not exclude your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.
